Homeowners observed substantial frozen pellets reaching sizes of 7cm in some areas. Meteorological experts confirmed that multiple regions across the state had been affected by large hailstones.

Emergency response teams handled over five hundred calls for help across the area, primarily for property damage but also for downed trees and flooding.
